1. Introduction

Welcome to Twin Palms, a luxury 3-bedroom farmhouse located in Westend Greens, Delhi NCR. By booking and staying with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before making your reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or as per the booking terms shared at the time of reservation.
• A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is mandatory before check-in.
• The security deposit will be refunded after property inspection at checkout, provided no damage or policy violation has occurred.

3. Guest Conduct

• To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone, guests are expected to:
• Treat the property, staff, and surroundings with respect.
• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. A fine of ₹5,000 will be deducted from the security deposit if this rule is violated.
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM, to respect community norms.
• Avoid using the property for illegal, commercial, or disruptive activities.

4. Damages & Liability

• Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay.
• Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally.
• Twin Palms is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

5. Property Rules & Safety

• Kindly keep doors and windows closed to prevent mosquitoes and insects.
• Exercise caution when using the bonfire area, BBQ, and open-air kitchen.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas and near the waterfall or firepit.
• This property may not have smoke or carbon monoxide detectors—please contact the host with any concerns.

6. Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not damage property or disturb other guests.
• Assistance animals are always allowed.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction charges).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• In case of a no-show, the booking amount will be forfeited.

8. Long-Term Stays

• Stays of 28 days or more are allowed and may be subject to additional verification and conditions.

9. Governing Law

• All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
